There's a bunch of convoluted shit that apparently makes English governance theoretically the most complete systems of law ever? I think Moldbug had some piece on it. I freely admit I understand absolutely jack shit about the process. My dad's spent the last couple months on and off in Edinburgh and got really really into British politics and law, he explained a ton of stuff to me and I absorbed absolutely zero information.
Personally (and maybe ignorantly) I just can't see a hard brexit happening. What the fuck would it look like? It'd be the biggest development in Europe since WWII if it actually goes through, absolute insanity with incalculable amounts of money on the line.
