Real estate is one of the last markets to be hit hard. Would it be a good idea to buy a house in the next month or two, or wait towards the end of the year? A cheaper home sounds great, but securing a loan might be even more difficult months from now, as shit hits the fan continually.
Anyone recently buy a house or is waiting a while longer? Any insight or discussion is appreciated since I'm a real estate noob looking to buy his first home.
