What's keeping me from just trading these +/- 10% CLIS swings. I don't have to worry about being tagged as a trader.

What do you bring to the table for the board that's actually of use for your fellow Anons?

Real estate is one of the last markets to be hit hard. Would it be a good idea to buy a house in the next month or two, or wait towards the end of the year? A cheaper home sounds great, but securing a loan might be even more difficult months from now, as shit hits the fan continually.
Anyone recently buy a house or is waiting a while longer? Any insight or discussion is appreciated since I'm a real estate noob looking to buy his first home.
