Nope I've never seen those marks before bro, I spent some time digging around and couldn't find anything useful. One would think the 7-rayed Sun and the 2 serpent chalice/goblet marks would be distinctive enough to turn up some results but if any discussion of the marks exists online it's unlikely to be in English. I do agree that they look like good old siler though, have you studied all the pics to make sure there is no evidence of plating wear-through?

I was out east in Maryland visiting family and my 2 grandparents who are 94 and 96, I wanted my kids to meet them while they still can. I also did some exploring of very old (for the USA) towns, fishing for the magnificently esculent Chesapeake Bay Blue Crab, and fossil shark teeth hunting. Pic is from a spot along the Potomac River where a fossiliferous 56-59 million year old layer is eroding and lots of cool little teeth can be slurped. It was a great trip, but I need to go back and take advantage of some top-tier coin/jewelry treasure-hunting opportunities I discovered but couldn't act upon.
