I am having on-going issues with a co-worker who is creating an unprofssional and uncomfortable working enviroment.

This co-worker has slapped me in the face, shoved me and insulted me, all on numerous occasions. He has often stood over me in an effort to intimidate me. He has made very grpahic remarks with sexual connotations and attempted to belittle me in groups multiple times. Other co-workers has noticed this behaviour and approached me about it.

I wouldn’t bring this up if it was not a serious matter, this is continuous behaviour over a number of weeks.

I know what your first impulse is probably going to be but I'm well liked, /fit/ and not a pussy. This guy is almost double my size, he's very tall and I'm a little below average (JUST) (lol 5'7).

This guy is a bad person. I don't mean he just has a few bad qualities, I mean he has very little good qualities. He actually deserves to get fired.

I might be his closest friend at work but he's such a piece of shit to me (cause of his own insecurities).
