Because they're taking a shotgun approach to COVID-19.

In addition to an antibody drug (STI-1499/COVI-GUARD) that just got approved for phase 1 trials, they're developing a 30-minute diagnostic test (COVI-TRACE), an antibody test (COVI-TRACK) and antibody cocktail (COVI-SHIELD).

Don't get me wrong, it's not going to shoot to $100 or anything, but its $21 price target seems undervalued to me, and it's currently trading around $9 - $10.
