What are your top 3 altcoins to make it in 2020?

Now there is a perfect time to pay our attention to altcoins, guys. Sounds dummy? Give me a shot, I'll convince you.

Last year the best strategy was to buy number one coin (BTC obviously) and hold it till the storm will go away. The time of “market compression” has changed, and now we should reconsider what we are doing. The market is slightly becoming bigger.

In the same time post-ICO projects (not scammy ones, they are all gone) worked quietly and developed their technologies, not expecting on the growth of a coin or token during the period of a solid general fall. During that year, some part of them were in the proccess of creating a basis for the future growth of the coin while surviving the storm. Smart tactic, have nothing to say instead.

I analyzed a bunch of projects (outside top-100 cmc) and come to understanding that the time of that technologies release is already coming. It's not my pure suggestion. They really PLAN to do it.

I can prove it by one example - Silent Notary (SNTR/LAW). This is a prominent representative of those described above projects. Only facts:
1. During the last year they were creating its own blockchain Chain-in-Law.
Last months they are making an interface for that blockchain, if to say it simple - a platform, where it is will be widely used. The main fact - THE RELEASE IS IN THE COUPLE OF DAYS/MONTHS. I told ya - those projects are ready to show their technlogies in public, that is the point. That storm has gone, it's a perfect time now.

2. As the founder said they have contacts with the government officials of their country. I rather believe that, because there are some photos from the government-supported confs they participated in.
I think they can announce a big partnership in the coming days/weeks. Yeah, in the same time as the release of the interface for their blockchain (called Ubikiri). Double boom.

3. The listing. Silent Notary Medium prove my words, the listing IS PLANNED TOO IN THE NEAREST TIME.
