fasting is a true exercise in will, the reward is health, clarity of mind, autophagy and the knowledge that you actually NEED very little. I regularly go on 5 day fasts nowadays and my skin looks gud and im shredded. Just get a lil salt/potassium salt if you go past 48ish hrs or plan on doing phys activity beyond collecting the rent checks from the mailbox.
