I'd say the most normie, common contract is a Real Eastate transaction.
Do you really see normies using a basement-dweller contract network like Ethereum, to do a Title Search?
The average roastie agent doesn't know Solidity. Buying some internet tokens seems like a scam.

I understood Bitcoin's value in 2011, but there's nothing that will replace lawyers in 100 years.

Don't underestimate normal people. They want things simple, easy, and will stick to traditional ways of doing things.
