>What is a Bitcoin ETF?
An exchange traded fund, but with moar Bitcorns! (which might or might not actually be Bitcorns, or maybe just IOUs of Bitcorns, or even layers of layers of IOUs, who knows…)
>I want to hear from people who are not true believer in everything crypto, I figured this was the best place to ask.
I'd debate that this is the best place to ask, but it certainly is better than in a crypto echo chamber.

>Basically if you don't hold it you don't own it. It's for fools.
Yes and no. If everything collapses, you're fucked indeed, but so are you if you hold a traditional ETF or even bog standard stocks. Pro tip: you don't even get a paper for those anymore, it's all electronic and held in custody god knows where.
So looking at it from this angle, it's just your average financial product, and as such, if you believe the can's gonna get kicked down the road further and BTC is gonna rise further (again), it's probably a good diversification to add to your portfolio, without having to go through another KYC at some shady crypto exchange that'll either get hacked and leak your data or will turn out to be a fraud like that, what was it's name? SBF-exchange…
Personally, I have a few moneys in a BTC ETF (or whatever it is, it's around since a while in the EU) as I do in various others (including a Gold one…), but I also have some real BTC in my own wallet, bought anonimously, just as my physical gold and silver.
It's all about a good mix to be prepared for everything (Also, I'm prepared for Booba coins to moon, pic related!)

OK, what?
It's even a German shop and our RM prices are way below 20€. And if it were a rare numismatic piece, wouldn't they say so in the add? And it's clearly not in a special condition. Looks like circulated and cleaned to me, so I'm going with >>55235274

>isn't it baffling we can buy gold francs from the years such as 1860s for just $400?
Don't know about that specific coin, but there's a lot of "old" coins that have been reissued as bullion coin and the year stamped on it has nothing to do with the year it was minted in.
Stuff like the Austrian 10/20/100 Kronen, or if you want to go silver, Maria Theresa (the underrated booba option (looks a bit like Chris Chan, though)) comes to mind.
