How the fuck am I supposed to get an apartment? This is gay, my mom kicked me out so now I am living in my car while also going to work but even though I have money for at LEAST two months of rent saved I can’t apply because of stupid rules like
>you need to make 3x the monthly amount
>6 months of employment history(only have 3)

This is fucking lame, also why do I have to spend up to a $150 admin fee and $50 application fee? What sort of labor are they doing that allows them to charge that? What if I don’t even get approved? Why do I need to “apply” to have the chance to throw my money in a hole? I’m thinking of just living in my car and saving up 10k and getting a mortgage. When did America become so Jewish?
