can't explain it in full, it is too much info but actually not that hard to get started and make websites. Google for amazon affiliate tutorials. Reddit has lots of info too. The websites I made basically boiled down to review sites on products and adding comparisons and links to Amazon of those products. If someone clicked the link and bought something I get a %. I always targeted obscure expensive stuff, like 1000$+ high end industrial floor sanders kek. Competition for such niches are non-existent, so getting it high on google is easy.. However; affiliate marketing is a much larger headache than just selling websites.
