I have been working since college, and after about 10 years I will have a passive portfolio large enough to withdraw ~3.5% over a 60 year time horizon.
I have $170k remaining on my mortgage which I will pay off in 3 years or less, after which I will put in my two minutes to HR (certainly not my boss) and walk out.
This will afford me a fully-covered plan under the ACA, a roof over my head, and an indestructible jap economy shitbox

I will be early 30's and never have to work for a living again.

Unless you have rich parents you will unironically own nothing. Take this time to develop valuable skills like gardening and woodworking.
