just looking at my own firm, we went from the entry level grey collar positions requiring 1 year of experience to 5 years. it took two months, kek. for everyone that's not insulated by being in a relatively cozy industry or isn't being fiscally tinfoil, this scenario is going to turn into a nightmare. That said, the program is one of those weird little candles and we still have another 7 or so hours or so before daybreak.
