So, here are two scenarios.


1. CSWIAF Scenario.

CSW is an idiot and went to court without a fucking clue. He just added a bunch of addresses he found online from Mt. Gox incidents and submitted it as part of the "tulip trust". Some dude whose address was on it found it while doing some research somehow or was alerted to it, and signed a message saying CSW is a fraud.

2. Roger Did it Scenario.

Ira Kleiman is an idiot and doesn't understand bitcoin. He faked a list of bitcoin addresses from the mt. Gox documents and submits it to court. Roger knows that they are his addresses and uses this opportunity to sign a message to manipulate the market.
