another irony is I've recently blown making the most of opportunities by *over* minimalizing risk, thanks largely to getting burnt so badly previously. I knew good and fucking well those were excellent prices to buy at but bought a bit too timidly. The patience got forced on me by realizing the need to be in it all along the way was getting me fucked and I could just pull out, wait, and watch until I *knew* the water was good for wading into. That stretch you see after the big loses where it just slowly ramps up was me staying the fuck out of BOIL while it was doing a lot of ripping, and just buying into some good bargain stooks and letting them make little bits of trickle money while watching/waiting on BOIL. The dip you see at the end of that gradual ramp up was seeing BOIL dip and start buying, but it kept dipping, and I kept buying/holding into that dip, knowing good and well a rip was coming at some point. Anyway, maybe someone can get a little benefit out of this sharing of the processing, who knows. The psychological aspects are absolutely critical. Some Anon, bless them, shares a trading psychology presentation video sometimes. It's gooooood shit.
