The funny thing about the 2 more weeks meme is that one day it will be true and today is actually that day. Wishing everybody well for the meltdown.

Was having a conversation about this with my brother last night since internet results weren't of any help, wanted /pmg/'s take on it
Are the (very illegal) Bronze, Silver and Gold currency the Taliban is currently issue in their occupied territory real coins or not? I lean towards "Yes", since they've declared sovereignty over the region they captured and making coins is the way you (officially) declare sovereignty. The US did it when they wanted to separate from Britain, even before Britain recognized their legitimacy as a state and coins from that era ARE considered coins. But at the same time, I don't know if the Talibro's "coins" have been exchanged past their own borders, if they haven't they probably would be merely tokens. US coins DID exchange with France and Mexico before they were regonized as a state by Britain, for example.

>relies on the precedent "Ever since" to say paper currency is worthless
You can think you've taken the redpill, spout facts people who have taken the redpill say, read redpilled books, and even imitate the actions of those who are redpilled. But until your fundamental train of thought is irrevocably altered, you are NOT redpilled. Your tongue betrays you, dragon.

Schizos and haters have gotten on to us lately, jealous that their crypto schemes and memes haven't worked while Gold and silver stay strong. I wish I could buy another silver proof set to review but I'm broke right now, hopefully by next week I can get one. So close to a full ATB series, just need 2017, 2018, 2018 reverse and 2019.

not in the context of coins they don't. Luster comes from how the die pressed the coin and creates a "cartwheel" effect. Light "rolls" on the coin, and the luster is more prominent on coins in better condition. I poor condition coin that's been cleaned will be "shiny", but it won't have the luster or the cartwheel. It'd be like how outdoor equipment or well-used tools can be shiny when the sun hits it right but it certainly won't have luster. Sorry to hear you don't have the capacity to understand the difference.

Because Bitcoin is digital fiat with no true labor or material based value, it's no different than speculating stocks for credit card companies. It's diametrically opposed to tangible Gold and Silver, and should be rebuked. If you have crypto for anything other than as a mean scamming retards to get yourself more PMs, you aren't one of us.

You're asking on the PRECIOUS METALS thread whether to buy PRECIOUS METALS or a dumb digital ponzi scheme with no inherent value beyond speculation. Nobody will ever trade the true value of currency, which is labor for crypto, people only trade "money" for it. Silver is precious because it took labor to make it and people will always provide labor to get it.
