How do I afford the carnivore diet? A simple 250g beef steak here costs me €7.5 with an income of roughly €1k. I'd need at least 2x250g meat a day, so that's already €15. And that doesn't even include eggs for breakfast which is €2.8 per carton. I eat 4 eggs a day, so that's 124 eggs a month, €37. Add the steak per month in which is €465 and that's €502
Half my salary and I haven't even touched on utility bills. How the fuck am I supposed to manage that? EU is telling me to shut the fuck up leave the animols alone and eat the bugs when I can't even afford to eat the animols. Is the carnivore diet a meme or only reserved for rich people? What should I long instead?
Help me bros I love meat so much but I feel I'm being priced out.
