I remember in grade school I would deliberately ignore the lessons I was being taught that day, would sneak a sci-,fi book to read, never do homework, and pass their tests. This would piss them off to no end, but I never understood what their problem was lol. My biology teacher in high school would actually announce to the class how he never understood how I just never did his homework, yet pass all his quizzes and tests. I just said "uhhhh I don't know lmao". I was always told I was very smart, but lazy. I guess guys like us we're just meant to make it.

so im 18 y/o and currently in uni (getting a masters degree in computer linguistics) and i happen to own a 65 sqm apartment that is worth around $350K
now i was wondering whats the smartest way to make use of this. perhaps i could take a loan to buy another apartment and then rent that one out to pay off the loan and eventually i own 2 apartments, or is there something smarter to do?
ideally i want to be financially independent after finishing in uni and just work for fun, not because i need to
