now that crypto is dead, what job are you gonna get, /biz/?

The first question had 2 lists of names and wanted you to match them all and then create another column that detailed which names weren't an exact match and report the spelling differences between them. I tried using a Vlookup, but many of the the names were too different and I don't know how I would quantity how different the names were.

Part 2 had you matching data from different tabs which I got mostly correct.

Part 3 was just part 1 with company names instead. It was timed. I. Considering posting the template online because from my research they use this test on everyone at the company regardless of rank.

Am I a brainlet or was that test unreasonable? This was for an entry level job paying well below market rate. From what I've seen they have an extremely high turnover rate and entrenched boomer management.

As a skilled writer, I decided to start my own side hustle of writing quality papers for high-school and college students in my local area. I will be advertising on Craigslist and campus bulletin boards. And if I get good enough at it, I might make my own website. Now what is the best way to exchange my product for cash? The dilemma here is I have an essay to email to the student and he needs to paypal/venmo me money. I don't want to send student the paper and trust that he will pay me right away. Is there a payment system where a trusted 3rd party can facilitate the transaction? Or should I go about this by having the student pay me upfront he has to trust I'll do the paper as I will always be in contact with him?

I want to make some use of my English and History degrees. I steadfastly refuse to become a wage cuck. I need something to get me by until I get qualified for teaching next year.
