I currently have more money than I have ever had in my life but I am not sure where to go from here and I was hoping some of you bro’s would help advise me.

Here are my assists -

$10k JP Morgan 401k
$3k simple IRA Fidelity Freedom Index

$37,000 Crypto, $8k of that is in USD.

$20k savings account with BoA that gains me no interest

$65k in Student Loans

No other debt.

I live in an apartment with the goal of paying off the debt and buying a house in cash. I will need around 1 million after taxes in order to do this.

I will post my crypto portfolio of it helps.

Can any anon help with what I should do? Pay off the loans? Leave the money in crypto? Take a mortgage on a house and refinance? I’m kind of lost.

Only 1k left, had to sell on the way up to pay for some unexpected life problems.
