On the off chance the anon who helped me a few days ago happens to see this I just wanted to say thanks! I finally got my USDC off the MATIC network and onto the ETH one and now I can take it out. I tried 21 gas and it sat in Pending for a few days so I put more ETH in and chose the fast amount of gas and it transferred immediately lol
