With CCIP, LINK tokens (juels) become the gas token for all the chains CCIP links. CCIP proof of stake will be the primary and fundamental consensus layer. Ethereum PoS, Avalanche PoS, Bitcoin PoW, etc will all be second order consensus layers which live inside CCIP. What happens when a DeFi app on an Ethereum L2 can begin accessing all that dormant BTC via CCIP?

I "only" have 30K LINK, but it's super comfy knowing that I will end up making a greater return than some marines who have >100,000 LINK, simply because I know what I hold and will unironically never sell below $1000+++, whereas a lot of the big boys actually fell for the "$1000 is a meme" meme. I know a few big holders (>100K) who are planning to cash out around $100 or even lower, lol. I mean, I don't blame them in a sense, because that is still a shit ton of money and maybe they want to start their real lives as soon as possible. No shame in that. However, I don't think that's how many of them think of it. A lot of big holders have this self-aggrandizing delusion that they have somehow used memes to fool a subset of fellow marines into being "useful idiots" who will hold while they themselves cash out at the """"top.""""" These smug early sellers don't understand that they themselves are actually the psy-op victims, not the based, iron-handed holders for whom "$1000 is FUD." My 30K stack will truly become a whale stack as time goes on and the non-believers are culled. Iron hands and never selling are not memes, brothers.
