What level of risk would be involved with this approach? For instance, let's say a jew went up on a stage and said a few words would it crater -40% for the next 5 years? The reason I am looking into T-bills is because from my understanding it is zero risk guaranteed 3-5% . The dollars I would be using are for a down payment on a home so can't gamble with it and can't buy PMs with it since I will not sell PMs. I just want the safest way to put this fiat to use until I am ready to use it.
