Canadian novice coin hunter here, can any fellow leafs tell me how to avoid ARP (Alloy return program) rolls (program returns silver and nickel to the mint to be destroyed) I've heard you can come across transit rolls with older stuff, and there is a different with darker / lighter colors between the ARP machine rolls and transit machine rolls? Should I just stick with customer rolls ? I've found silver in bank machine wrapped rolls locally before, but i'm assuming it was all transit rolls.

I just wanna get into finding silver in the wild or any neat numismatic stuff but the government seems to ruin everything in canada

i have no idea anon, but i'm a leaf and i know Canadian law says gold lower than 99.5 purity is taxable, and silver lower than 99.9 is taxable, its why i only stack 999 / 9999 gold

Can any leafs clarify whats the limit for buying / selling precious until bullion shops gotta fill out some paperwork for the government to know in Canada? Is it 10k?

Not to sound schizo, but how much gold is actually at fort knox? Did the US government liquidated yet? Are they bullshitting about how much is there? Is there even any gold there anymore? Are they the main perpetrators and reason for manipulated gold and silver prices? Canada sold all of its gold reserves to the banks too, i don't know if the USA would be public about this if they did it.
