i have probably lost around 5k, most of my losses came from doing 100x longs in bitmex during the 2018 crash. my initial investment was $1k, and i managed to turn that into $36k during the bull run but it devalued because i held onto a shitcoin too long and it devalued by -60% overnight.

i also held 10k link at one point, but sold that as well for some literal no name shitcoins and then held onto them all the way to 2019, and that was undoubtedly the worst trade i ever made in my entire life. both the coins i sold link for aren't even on CMC top 1000 anymore. 2018 was a fucking mess, 2019 was a disaster as well. i've learned my lesson though, i will now use extreme caution if i ever trade outside of the top 3.
