Noob here i need to understand something frens.
When i look at major companies' stocks (apple, boeing, amazon, etc..), something i notice EVERY time on the charts is how it went parabolic around october 2019 to totally irrational levels compared to the previous years.
Then the current crash who's now at the levels it was before this weird spike.

So my question is : what propped up the stocks of all these companies to such insane levels last october?

basic supply lines have been ground down to a halt in china, nevermind production. half their pop is under quarantine. theyre planning on lifting it in march, but if we see new cases at a similar rate until end of february theres no way they can do that. its just talk to avoid a panic in asian markets. incubation varies from 1-3 weeks depending on person, and it can be spread by those asymptomatic ones only in incubation phase.

i dont see how the worlds production workhorse (CHINA NUMBAH #1) going full stop all of a sudden wont effect the US markets severely, at least at some point
none of this is going to be immediate short term moves or anything like that, as all the central banks are just going full free money. so do what ya want i guess in the meantime. the reason for weird dramatic moves recently isnt political, its money trying to find somewhere thatll help offset losses should intl shipping keep collapsing
judging how long virus takes to show up (and how our best tests are statistically coinflips rn), i dont expect panic for many months

as you were, essemmgee

>Bro. Are you talking shit on our freedom loving friends in the Kingdom of Saud?
id never mashallah
but oil demand is heavily dependent on intl shipping
according to my bud in singapore, their entire shipping sector is hitting the wall HARD. both import AND export. more than that, quarantine has begun to scare people there. no ones on the streets, no ones in the theaters, no one in the shopping malls (and singaniggers LOVE muh free AC, this is unheard of)

So, anyone else here come to the conclusion that Ripple is going to emerge as the only legitimate, widely used crypto in the coming years?

The other networks are just basement dweller tier in comparison. XRP is going to be used in commerce.
