I already sold at $31. This push upwards wasn't created by lack of supply the likes of which will/ if ever/ occur from neet nodes. The entire system is still far too centralized, and I think the efforts to create an entirely decentralized system where anyone can stake with any amount on any hardware is just quite a bit further out than what people realize.
