I have a final interview coming up at a fintech company for an b2b tech support position. It is with 4 people: recruiter, ops manager, eng manager, tech project manager. I have some tech support xp, but mostly my xp is in operations and low-level managing, so I have some questions:

1) I already passed the tech and non-tech interviews. What could this interview be about then? Cultural fit?

2) Tech support is a fairly entry level position, I don’t understand why all these managers are interviewing me?

3) Any advice how to prepare? I’ve already studied general tech support and the company’s product on my own.
