She really just should've apologized and said sorry for the delay. Not saying shit like 'it's humiliating' or 'in the future be more careful'.

The guy should have attacked her making excuses and saying to 'be more careful in the future' which is very bad to say to a client. Not calling her having a period nasty or disgusting.

So he is only partially right, which means he is not right.
