My goal is constantly buying ETFs (diversificated by countries, currencies, industries, maybe a class of assets) for some salary savings monthly, rebalancing it once/twice per year and hold for like +10 years till retirement.

Actually I have no much choice, I'm non-US or EU citizen.
Prohibited for me: TD Ameritrade, Etrade, Robinhood, Degiro;
Charles Schwab because of $25k starting barrier;
Interactive brokers has an inactivity fee.

Allowed:
Etoro is one of which has no such fee.
There are also Exante (withdrawal fee 30 EUR) and Freedom Finance (with not very good service). So there I go.

In short I choose between those 3 brokers for rare buy and even more rare sell.
