I accidently used my main Nano Ledger S on Etherdelta. How fucked am I? Its definitely the right site (right url, etc.) and this happened about an hour ago so all the transactions I confirmed on screen have happened already and I'm still good. The private keys have no way of coming off the device right?

I really just don't want to have to redo this and redo all the backup shit I did.

My Nano Ledger S just came in the mail! Shes all set up. and I sent my BTC over to the wallet, no problem.

Now. heres my noob question

Can I send ANY coin to y Ledger via Myetherwallet? thats what I sent my BTC to.

Is that the safest way? am I wasting my time/ gas by sending everything I have spread out over 3 exchanges to myledger. and then sending it back when I want to trade?
