Wtf is this shit. Is there some sort of illegal tampering going on?

>set buy order
>100 shares of "ABCDE"
>1 hour later not a single share bought
>leave order up and put in a small order (1 share) with the same price
>immediately fills it
>both were limit buys

>put in a limit buy
>a decent chunk of the time it doesn't appear on the cboe orderbook and when this happens if it does "sell" the order sale does not appear either

>set limit price for option contract premium
>doesn't appear in listing at all
>cancel and put it back up until it fonally appears on there or instantly "sells" when I put it up


These are HFTs getting my share and not letting them reach the stock exchange isnt it? My question is, is this legal? What parts are illegal? Am sick of this shit and if I can rich off the faggots who use my info to scam me than I got no problem suing and brining all the paperwork proving it.
