Did kiwifarms go bust? What are the best resources for keeping up to date on internet happenings with ed down as well?

When the printers turn back on obv this means a decade of value stocks, commodities, energy winning. Value equity indices would have the lowest volatility of those hence would be the best candidate for a levered play, however there is no 3x Value Bull etf I can see which is an obvious choice. Something like TNA/URTY (russell 2000 3x, p/e 13-ish) is the closest I see, but there's nothing that's like VTV 3x and it's pissing me off.

I don't want to fuck with calls but idk what else to do.
