It worked out for them their whole life, why would it be wrong somehow? There's just some parts which are intransparent, and you can't expect to win a game where you don't have all the info.
It'll take time to sink in, they might even be subverted all their lives by the simple lie "economies and companies can grow forever". They can't. We have a reality of resources on earth as well as our own capacity in growing more, I think it's fair to split the profits between those who put in the most work, and work should have value again. This won't work globally.
