because it's very much illegal to give any legal or financial advice without proper licensing, and the conflict of interest with him owning the biggest crypto exchange in the world and likely being the largest holder of BNB would create massive ramifications for him tweeting anything even resembling legal advice (buy X or Y coin)

and it also could have been virtually any blue chip since everything took a massive shit this year, so who knows?
