The deflation causes the price of STA and Delta to go up. This would require
another rebalancing, which would cause the price of Delta/STA to move again
because of deflation, causing another rebalancing and so on. Though this price
movement doesn’t happen with every microtransaction, it happens on a macro
level and over time. The deflation causes positive price pressure, opportunities
for arbitrage, and added volume (which means more fees for holders).
