I have actually seen it done properly. Parents take the kids back to the old country every other year.

Let them start making management decisions by 18 and be there to guide and veto them as they learn.

One family the dad has pretty much given the keys to the hundred million kingdom to his 25 year old son and it seems to be going extremely well.

I think I'm going to pull my kids out of class every now and them and take them to various work at my businesses when I get there. Girls focus on education 100% and go to private school then Ivy league. Boys get a working knowledge of the businesses and kick it with regular people to stay down to earth.
