I am convinced trading is 80% mental 20% strategic.

I'm stuck in this bearish mindset from twitter, pol, bloomberg etc... Somehow this bearish mindset has influenced my judgement. Cloud my thinking.

Markets can only go up, down or sideways. That gives automatically gives you 50% chance of winning. 80% of the time markets always goes up.

Yet somehow I am hesitant trying to go long this market. These rip your face off rallies happened THREE TIMES this year and I missed all of them.

Markets are hard to trade because you have to go against your human instincts. Only through experience will you become confident. Only through confidence will you be able to trade effectively.
