Its investor friend story time.

You're going to meet investors over your lifetime and several of them are going to have a story similar to this.

I just hit it a little big and came into some cash.

and I thought about going car shopping to get rid of my beater.
Somewhere down the line I decided just to throw the money in an investment account and do a small beater flip for a few grand.
Any way I met with more success and pretty much forgot about the account.
until
I saw it, my dream car, the 1987 audi 5000 turbo, with the special package, pulled up next to me at a stop light yesterday.
Time was not kind to this baby.
Any way I just checked the statement for the 25k I deposited in the account and it was about 350k.
I look at the car today and my brokerage account, and am very satisfied with my decision.
