Do I want to buy a vacuum sealer and dehydrator, and potential a deli slicer, to make and freeze my own beef jerky? Just wondering if there are any hiccups to what originally appears an easy way to store readily-edible meat.

Guys, pulled the trigger today and bought 20 oz, to add to my stacklet. Up to 45 oz today of silver. Next goal is an easy 50, then 75, then 100. I imagine I can have 150-200 before christmas if I don't dick around.
