I dopnt know whats best, I use tda, and do have a 6.95 per trade fee on many juniors. Though I generally pick up enough its insignifigant, especially when the spread between bid and ask is bigger than that fee and I let orders sit until they go through at the price I want which can swing easily on juniors which can be low volume.
