Ok here's my theory for how the next 3 years will play out. The shitcoins we know and love will continue to bleed into oblivion as BTC dominance keeps growing. In early 2020 we will have multiple companies like Facebook releasing their own coin. Some companies will have their own coin through acquisition (Amazon buys out shitcoin and rebrands it into Amazon coin.) The top 20 list on Coinmarketcap will be bitcoin #1 and the other 19 will all be fortune 500 companies. Nasdaq, fidelity, bakkt, etc will all open up trading and custody to these coins as soon as they're released. As the BTC bull market starts to go parabolic in 2021, the dumb money will go nuts over these highly recognizable branded coins and pump them to the moon. Once those have pumped the money will start flowing into shitcoins that were released in 2020. Alts from this era might pump slightly but at that point the BTC bear market will start and we'll continue the next cycle.
