I typically dont eat lunch, might snack on mixed nuts, kiwi fruit, bananas, or melted cheese and fresh sliced pepperoni on rye toast, etc... if I really need to eat something. For dinner, I make something I can cook in bulk and eat several meals. For example, one of my favorites is making Japanese style beef curry and rice, slow cooked in a crock pot. With a pound of fresh beef, it costs around $10 to make 5 or 6 really filling meals. Cooking with onions, carrots, potatoes, beans, mushrooms etc goes a long way in making cheap healthy food. Slow cooking and proper use of salt pepper and spices make it taste delicious.

The only drinks I consume regularly are Coffee, green tea, and water, so never more than a maybe 10 cents a drink.

Back when I was poor (and of poor mindset), I was blowing $100-175 a week on garbage food from all the typical take-out places you would imagine. Now I spend $35-50 a week, except if I treat someone I care about to a meal. Way healthier to boot.

$AVEO is going to moon within the next two weeks. It's already going apeshit just off of rumor alone. This stock gave us a huge pop when I called it the first time. This shit is tensing up hardcore for a huge pop. Keep an eye on it, I don't think you can wait for an entry dip, it's been going up for days and just went past the 52-week high.
Their drug has something like 15-20 days left in the 67 day timeframe from CHMP approval for the EC to approve. It could be at any day from here on in.

Look we need some kind of standards if you're gonna call a moonshot. Explain WHY it's about to rocket. I did this for $AVEO and explained what the ups and downs of the stock and the catalyst that was coming up. Anons made some fucking dosh on that bad boy. Just going

$TICKER

Isn't gonna fucking cut it. Particularly when people are calling out fucking dead meme stocks like $DRYS, $NAK and $RAD.

This is why I love being on the wholesale end of business. I run a food processing company and we sell hundreds of thousands of units a year but only have 5 (corporate) customers we deal with currently. Back in the earlier days when we were building our base I did a lot of direct sampling events, most people were fine, but jesus there are some real human wastrels out there. With contracting at least your making bank when dealing with those people, unlike working retail.

I do real-estate on the side so I work with a few contractors, have nothing but respect for the work they do. Does kind of suck to see some of the old timers struggling if they are in a field that has been undercut by illegal mexicans.
