Main net 2019 100%.

The good news is - Certain events have happened over the past few weeks that is setting up something that will be bigger than main net.

multiple test nets
The new chain.link
Adelyn Zhou (the long awaited marketing director)
companies announcing partnerships (at least 4)
Accord and OpenLaw may seem small but they are partnered with big firms that will dictate smart contract legality.
the swift bond page from smart contract.

The above is why many think main net is coming...what is coming is bigger. What is coming is a big fucking partnership. I guarantee it is swift or salesforce. Also, Google, Oracle, Microsoft, and other big companies are launching blockchain as a service. This is where you can mix and match blockchains, services etc. Chainlink will be guaranteed offered on all blockchain as a service. There are some big events planned for September and October with Sibos and Dreamforce. I expect an announcement at one of these events. Obviously the service will not go live as main net is not ready but expect the start of testing after announcement on test net.

It looks like Chainlink follows Market Protocol on twitter. Market Protocol currently uses Oraclize but just posted this medium article basically saying chainlink is better. I expect them to use chainlink when main net hits.

i have a new connection...its time to dig.

Ok, so you know how a while back there was a fund called the Chainlink Crypto fund. If you search biz archives you will read about it. This was never confirmed to have anything to do with Chainlink and merely a coincidence. Well I have found the missing link to connect Chainlink w/ Chainlink Crypto Fund.

The link is none other than Rory.

Rory is a mod for Chainlink and TAP Coin. He is very close with each of these teams as he has said in the past.
https://medium.com/@rorypiant/why-tap-coin-ttt-aba1c30a45

Now take a look at the tap coin team - https://www.tapcoin.net/team/

Christopher Sealey

What are the odds??? this is the connection that we needed.

Shill me this without resorting to muh partnerships and secret connections. Why is it useful? No token burn means price increase is only based on demand. And 2/3 of supply isn't even on the market.

I'm actually more qualified to talk about this than most anons.I'm employed with a cyber-techno machinations company, I do a lot of security analyst programming type work. Open source, decentralized, APIs, partnerships, you name it. We'd be one of the first companies in line for something like Chainlink, if the decentralized smart contract space had more value over traditional data exchanges. There's a catch though, an underlying flaw more deeply embedded in the bedrock of LINK than the very code itself. The flaw is with the concept, and it's this: Companies won't actually go through the hassle of trusting their data APIs through crypto.

Now I can already hear your keyboards going frantic, but hear me out. /biz/ hates banks, and traditional data providers. But actual companies, businesses, and investors do not. There's an old saying you might have heard of: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!". The idea that any of our bosses would give us the go ahead if we approached them to put our companies valuable data in a smart contract on a cryptocurrency called Chainlink, that they've never heard of, we'd be laughed out at best and fired on the spot at worst. We already have API data buyers and providers we trust.

'But Chainlink is trustless!' I hear you cry, but is that really a good thing? Just listen to the sound of it. Businesses don't want to spend millions of dollars on something that is trustLESS, they want something trustFUL. 'But the reputation system!', doesn't that defeat the whole point of your coin? If companies only trust nodes with high reputation, what's the difference between trusting banks and data providers that already have reputation, but in real life not on a computer screen.

The fact is, LINK is going to share the same fate as ETH will. A lot of 'real world application' hype, with a lot of 'crypto world application' reality. Only, this billion supply coin isn't going to come close to the $1k that Etherum hit. Happy gambling though anons.

Ok this info is related to Salesforce. Some of this info was already speculated..i know. Start with watching this video

https://www.salesforce.com/video/1765913/

Annie Wright - Director of Product Marketing of Salesforce - calls the Dapps Inc team the Blockchain team. She slips and it is obvious the team was working directly with salesforce. I will connect more dots below.

The big connection may be Dominic Steil.
Dominic Steil follows smart contract, sergey, and chainlink. Dapps Inc also retweeted Chainlink post here -

Ok start here -
https://github.com/smartcontractkit/chainlink/watchers?page=2
Find - Sagar Regmi Palo Alto, CA who is
https://www.linkedin.com/in/sagar-regmi-987aa46/

Ford Motor Co Research Lead

Now. Take a look at this

https://techcrunch.com/2018/05/02/the-mobility-open-blockchain-initiative-bmw-gm-ford-renault/ - this project involves none other than Ford w/ Hyperledger, and Consensys - both already linked to chainlink.

Take a look at https://www.dlt.mobi/ - you will notice some familiar companies/affiliations including world economic forums. take a look at the use cases and you see many that could utilize link.

hopefully an anon sift through this and finds more connections...so notice anything on this tweet

https://twitter.com/Altoros/status/960611405933301760

Altoros is a a cloud company that utilizes PIVOTAL (the one that Steve ellis worked at and they all follow chainlink github and more etc) Take a look at this-
https://www.hyperledger.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/bond_issuance_and_trading.pdf
Hyperledger does not have an oracle-----wonder which one they are implying

Ok how bout this
https://www.hyperledger.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/distributed_clearing_platform_short.pdf
"Smart contracts react to events
delivered to the platform by TRUSTED ORACLES"

Did you notice both use cases used SWIFT as payment method....why does that seem familiar.

Pivotal and Altoros is without a doubt connected to Chainlink. I just scratched the surface of the connection...will post some more in a few minutes.

Going to throw some chainlink related info together.

Etherisc - Decentralized insurance will use chainlink. Etherisc is a decentralized insurance project that already has a flight delay app, hurricane app and more. Currently it is using oraclize. proof - https://github.com/etherisc/flightDelay/tree/master/vendors

Etherisc wants to truly be decentralized and is planning on using a decentralized oracle - check their gitter here - https://gitter.im/etherisc/Lobby and documentation here https://blog.etherisc.com/what-you-need-to-become-a-keeper-on-the-etherisc-protocol-e8eeb3646c23

Etherisc twitter, https://twitter.com/etherisc follows Sergey, SmartContract, and Chainlink. There is no doubt they will use Chainlink when ready.
