Is it really the time to be taking photos for social media 5 minutes after the kid pops out of you? I understand maybe keeping some of these in a private photo album. White "women" are disgusting.

Hi /biz/

I have an interview with the IT department of my current employer this afternoon. I'm underexperienced and underqualified but I was referred to the position by two people who already work in that department, one of whom I'll be interviewing with.

How can I ensure I get the most possible salary when I'm not qualified or experienced? Secondarily, how does negotiating salary work if you might try to work less than full time? Might they offer me hourly pay instead? The position is being advertised as salaried.

Thanks in advance
