Trying to get into trading without any education. Can /smg/ recommend me some books/guides on the topic so I can educate myself. Preferably free ones, naturally.

Is 25$ withdraw fee reasonable? I am starting out with around 5000$ so it seems quite a lot.

What reasons could be there for not being able to see some companies and trade their stocks through my broker(eToro for now)? I select the NYSE as a market and it turns 600 out of 6000 companies listed there.
