Help me /biz/

I'm getting JUST'd by this alt bull run, I've only made like 30% gains this past month while normie newcoiner are 10x'ing with XRP and other shitcoins left and right.

My main problem is that I was absolutely BTFO by the BTC rally o september-december and I live in fear of a sudden BTC moon. I make small gains then immediately convert to BTC... should I just put everything in shitcoins and disregard my portfolio for a few days/

It hurts /biz/, this is an even worse feeling than losing 50% overnight during the chink FUD back in september.
