you fucking don't, and you are an idiot if you do. you end up being some sort of "finance adviser" not actually contributing anything to society like >>10399973,
and thats if he's not a larp.
>>10400122 kind of proves my point, his friends that wanted to do real things with their life had to move. realistically this guy could be a finance consultant anywhere in America, but he fell for the NYC meme so he's paying the bank ridiculous amounts of money to live in what they consider to be the underside of their offices.

this is the post that made me feel bad for him though. This is the kind of person that is going to waste all of his efforts and brains just so he can go to overpriced restaurants/bars every night and try to convince himself its all worth it afterwards. He thinks $20 drinks are normal. he'll pay $100+ for a meal because it had a drop of truffle oil on it. He thinks the girls hooking up with him like him instead of just his potential to become actually rich. this guy thinks he's rich because he makes 200k a year, but when he's wasting most of it on living in NYC he's saving about as much as a union steamfitter.

I grew up East of NYC on LI and watched so many GenX/millenials fall for the NYC meme especially because of "Friends" and every other movie being set there. They either immediately become part of the lower class (shitty apartment, no car, barely any money), or they live like >>10399973 until their late 30s when they find a dried up FIT whore to be their wife and have shitty kids somewhere in Brooklyn or the West side. I moved to Denver and as a Mechanical Engineer went from saving $800 a month to $1500 doing the same exact job in a much more relaxed environment with better people, less traffic, and less pollution. Literally any city in the US is better to live in than NYC with the exception of LA. AMA you want to know about idiots moving to NYC

This is unironically my life goal. There are multiple shops out here in CO that specialize in doing this, for around 100k you can get a brand new van with insulation, storage, bed, water filtration system, toilet/shower with sewage disposal system, air conditioning, gps, satellite internet, and an amazing entertainment system. If you already have the computer you're all set. I plan on buying a slighly older van for a lot cheaper to take out most of the costs and i probably don't need the gps with google maps. and i have my own bed i can throw in the back. look it up:

a real van idiot not just a car

you're allowed to park in walmart parking lots for as long as you like, its one of their policies. also get a planet fitness membership and you have access to a parking lot, bathroom, and gym.

>>10282576
either the bathroom you get, or a gym

>>10282709
really, check out the website above

Here is the optimal van life
>put good money into van (~50k)
>drive around country between walmarts/gyms
>live cheap
>trade crypto
>get /fit/
>play vidya
>explore entirety of continent
>dont wage cuck

a few things you'll need
>initial investment
>planet fitness membership especially if you dont get the toilet
>xfinity account for wifi if you don't get your own connection
>a list of places you want to go

i can't think of an obtainable life that sounds better than this.

I really like this post because it sums up a lot of issues and paints a very detailed picture of why the traditional economy is going to collapse. Boomers worked too hard. There was a great Time article on this (and I don't say that often), the boomers were born in an economic golden age so their first steps in life made them huge gains, and then things got tough. They were prepared for when things got tough. They fail to realize that when things are tough, not only is it harder to start out, its multitudes more difficult to get to a point where you can be prepared for bad times.
>latest failed generation
you acknowledge that since the american golden age we've been in decline, with each generation being worse off/less educated than the one before it. This is due to an education system you forced into failure/extremely relaxed standards with hippie policy and tax dodging. You did this.

>the arrogance of ignorance
you've "never been wrong" in your life because it was impossible for you to fail, even when you did stupid shit that would kill any one of our careers/lives you came out on top.

>pic related is true
due to importation of low IQ immigrants, also your fault with Reagan.

>quit thinking your smart
most of us consider ourselves less than human pieces of maggot shit. none of us think we're right, we're feigning confidence, which we learned from you.

>it gets in the way of learning
you had a full 10+ years of time to learn than 90% of this board, whats your excuse for not being a millionaire? most of us will be by the time we're your age.

>t. 34 year old boomer
24 year old boomer reporting in, just want low taxes and less bullshit
