Was ignoring QE part of your plan?

I can’t remember who it was, but there was an interview with a former official saying that the biggest winner of QE policies were investors. I’m not going to be sitting that out with the rest of the poors, because I think cash/gold/bonds will keep me safe. (I think he said stock market investors, but I’m sure it helped bond holders as well)

So I’m looking at a bunch of ETFs. Currently liking the look of SPLV, LGLV, CGW, NFO, VIG, MTUM, and even RYU & SCHH.

Utilities have been doing CRAZY well, and I’m not sure if that’s because investors see them as low vol, or if it’s because energy costs are so low due to Permian oil.
