> Be me
> Go to welding school because it sounds fun and everyone I'm around says it pays well
> Graduate top of my class because its kind of fun and I seem to have a natural talent for it
> Get my first job
> $15 an hour.........
> Get laid off almost immediately due to being unable to work full time hours (Uni classes)
> Get another job a few months later when my classes are more flexible
> 6am to 4:30 pm for $17 an hour.............
> Leave when my uni schedule becomes less flexible
> Take a break from uni, get a new job, $19 an hour, 2:30-2am...
> Spend about a year there and leave due to the extreme hours and rather poor ventilation
> Do some research
> For every 2 welders which leave the industry, 1 welder joins, meaning we should be in the middle of a massive welding shortage
> Welding wages have seemingly become stagnant (Average welder makes between $35-40k, almost poverty in todays day and age)
> The only way to make good money in welding is by having your own company, which I am working on getting out of the water
> My brother makes $17 an hour doing light unskilled manual labor for the government.....

Why does working hard never seem to pay off? It seems like its almost impossible to make over $20 an hour welding, why would I subject myself to all kinds of carcinogens and hazards for less than $3 more than what a government worker makes.

Currently work at one of the major credit card processors and you explain it to a t. Not only do you have to fake it to make it, but you have to prove that you can get OTHER people to do your work. we had a guy doing helpdesk for a niche point of sale software and they convinced him to work as a dev for the program and put in 60 hours a week in exchange for a title and high pay. 4 years of this abuse later and he had to fight just to barely get an extra 10k but no title upgrade, but was getting all of this extra work stolen credit wise. you'd have literal white women in their 50s have no relation to that department or even that branch of the company, that can barely use a computer take 100% credit of all his development and progression for the software he worked on, and not even throw his name around in conferences. about a year ago he decided to just drop it all and went back to regular helpdesk, and now the program has no one developing it at all lmao.

its much more then just faking enthusiasm, they want to see just how good you can convince others to do everything for you.

holy shit bro are you me? I cant concentrate, I had so many things I wanted to do to improve that completely went by the wayside when I had to watch GME fly away after I sold at 45 on jan 22nd. I held since september. it just felt like a sick joke, the second I decide to swing trade and it just keeps going. I sold my crypto too early but that didn't bother me, NIO didn't bother me, but 1 hour too soon and I lose money that could have gotten me out of this shithole life. now I sit with 30% losses on what little I made because its time for the jews to take profits on everything I happened to pick. if I didn't have PIPP to look forward to I'd be catatonic.

Very nice. I owned this back around $9, took profits at 12 and bitched out.

My last hope now are the crypto Mining stocks I hold, but seems BTC just can't stop taking a shit for the past 3 weeks.

The $100 I put into crypto 2 weeks ago to test the waters is now worth $148 (BTC, ETH, LINK). This is going to pull back so I can comfortably buy more, right? Don't tell me I bought in at the last time it'll ever be that low and I shoulda spent my whole wad.

So many of us are betting on Trump, then where is the liquidity going to come from to cover our bets?
